Key financial highlights at the end of the second quarter compared to March 31, 2004 were:

Total assets increased from $30.3 million to $38.7 million – 28% growth.

Total loans increased from $15.0 million to $22.0 million – 47% growth.

Total deposits increased from $20.2 million to 28.9 million – 43% growth.
